Dara Fee has in-depth experience working with dogs. She holds certifications as a LVT and CCRP. She has completed certification for canine physical rehabilitation at the University of Tennessee. Additionally, Dara worked in animal emergency medicine for 12 years. Currently she works at East End Veterinary Emergency Center in Riverhead NY in the physical rehabilitation department. To round-out her qualifications, Dara became a Certified Tallgrass Small Animal Acupressure Practitioner in August 2010. She has a certificate in sports massage therapy and level 1 Reiki.

Laura Minor received her certification in both Equine and Small Animal Acupressure from Tallgrass Animal Acupressure Institute. She maintains an active practice that incorporates healing modalities such as Reiki, TTouch for equine and canine, and Nutritional Consultation. She offers acupressure sessions on-site or at her farm. Her orientation to animal well-being produces an optimal health program for each individual animal.

Lon Black has been a certified Small Animal Massage Therapist for over 8 years and has become a Tallgrass Small Animal Acupressure Practitioner Certification Program to enhance his scope of services for dogs and cats. He works through Hope Veterinary Services in Brooklyn, New York.
Lon was an early graduates of the Small Animal Massage Therapy Certification Program at the Bancroft School of Massage in Worcester, MA. Lon is successfully combining massage therapy and acupressure in his practice and has found that the two disciplines complement each other for the benefit of the animals.

Renee Shumway, LVT, CCRP, completed her Certification in Canine Rehabilitation Therapy from the University of Tennessee. She graduated from Delhi College in 2001 with a degree in Veterinary Science and received her BS in Zoology from Oswego State University in 1998. Renee currently heads the Rehabilitation and Fitness service at the Animal Medical Center in NYC working with patients recovering from orthopedic and neurologic injuries. The center offers Reiki and is now proud to announce Acupressure sessions.

Retired in 1999 Jean started a new career as an energy therapist for pets and their people in 2002. Jean began studies with Tallgrass Animal Acupressure in 2001 and received her Practitioner Certification in 2007 for both large and small animals. Her passion is education of pet guardians in the ways of natural care, so the animals of the world are healthier and happier. Jean has found the combination of balancing the meridians with acupressure, balancing the chakras with Reiki, empowering pet caretakers to take charge of their animal friends' health.
